Shipping Information
1. A confirmation email of your order details will be sent to you once received. We will begin to process your order as soon as possible, which you will be able to track from ‘Track Order Details’.
2. A tracking number will be sent to you by email once your item is shipped out.

*All of our orders are shipped via DHL, FedEx, USPS, TNT, OCS, UPS, and other carriers, depending on your location.
Note:
1) The delivery time does not include the processing time required (1.which is usually 2 working days)
2) If you have requested an item to be customized or monogrammed, please allow 4 or more working days within the processing time.
3) We cannot deliver to PO Boxes and Military Addresses (APO, FPO).

Please note that shipping carriers are experiencing unavoidable shipping delays at the end of the year. So please refer to the cut-off dates below to make sure you receive your packages before the holidays.

Pre-Sale Items
If your order contains pre-sale items, your order will not be shipped until the pre-sale items are in stock. We're sorry that we do not support split shipment at the moment.

Please add 4 additional business days to your shipping time when you have requested a monogram.
